This one had a lot going on. The homeowner wanted to reclaim their property - and that meant tackling several big jobs at once. Overgrown landscaping had taken over the front yard, an unused in-ground pool was eating up backyard space, and the driveway was too narrow to be practical. On top of all that, drainage and backyard access were real problems that needed fixing from the ground up.

We brought in both a Bobcat skid steer and a mini excavator to handle the heavy lifting. The excavator did the work of breaking out the pool and moving material, while the skid steer helped clear, grade, and smooth the yard across a large area. Using the right equipment for each part of the job makes a big difference - not just in speed, but in how clean the finished grade turns out.

The pool removal alone opens up a huge amount of usable space in the backyard. Once that was out and filled, we regraded the entire yard to improve drainage and create better flow for water runoff. The driveway got widened too, making it easier to get in and out without fighting the edges every time. These are the kinds of changes that make daily life on a property noticeably better.

We're a local, fully insured small business - and jobs like this are exactly what we're built for. Multi-part cleanups that require real equipment, real planning, and crews who know how to get it done without cutting corners. The before and after here speak for themselves.
