A lot of homeowners are sitting on unused yard space right next to their existing driveway - space that could easily become extra parking. That was exactly the situation here. The front yard had potential, and the goal was simple: turn that bare ground into a clean, functional gravel parking area without a massive construction project.

We came in and handled the light grading work first, getting the ground level and ready to hold material properly. That step matters more than people realize. If the base isn't prepped right, gravel shifts, ruts develop, and you end up with a mess over time. Getting it right from the start is what separates a lasting result from a short-term fix.

Once the ground was ready, we brought in the gravel and spread it out across the newly graded area. Pressure-treated lumber borders were set to keep everything contained and defined - giving the whole area a finished, intentional look rather than just a pile of rock dumped on the ground. It ties together with the existing concrete drive really well.

This is actually one of our repeat customers, and that means a lot to us. When someone comes back, it tells us they were happy with the work the first time around. We don't take that for granted. Every job - whether it's light grading, a full skid steer and excavation project, or something like this - gets the same level of care and attention.

The finished result adds real parking capacity to the property and cleans up the front of the home at the same time. No muddy spots, no wasted space. Just a practical improvement that the homeowner can use every single day.
