That pool had a good run. But at some point, an above-ground pool stops being something you enjoy and starts being something you maintain - and nobody wants to spend their weekends dealing with a sagging liner, standing water, and equipment that's given up. That's exactly the situation we walked into here.
The pool itself was a large octagonal above-ground unit, fully decked out with a wraparound deck structure, lattice skirting, and a ladder still hanging off the side. It wasn't a small job. When you've got a setup this size, fully integrated into a deck system, you have to be methodical about how you pull it apart. You can't just start yanking material without a plan.
We came in with the equipment needed to break it all down cleanly - pool structure, liner, decking, and all the hardware that goes with it. Our dump trailer was on-site to handle the haul-off, so nothing got left behind for the homeowner to deal with. When we do pool demolition, that's the whole point: you shouldn't have to lift a finger once we leave.
What we ended up with was a wide open, flat backyard that the homeowner can actually use. The deck is still standing, the yard around it is clean, and the space where that pool sat is just - open. Ready for whatever comes next, whether that's sod, a patio, a garden, or just grass. That's what good demo work looks like: no debris, no mess, no stress left behind.
If you've got an old above-ground pool that's more trouble than it's worth, this is the kind of work we do every day. Pool demolition, hauling, cleanup - we handle it all from start to finish so you don't have to coordinate with three different contractors just to get rid of one eyesore.
